I like long walk on a warm summer day on the beach and... gotcha. Happily Married Four wonderful kids and one little pooch. My favorite food is of course SEE Food. I would like to have a cabin one day in the forest with bullwinkle the moose and Joe Joe the juggling bear. I like the warm outdoors not the cold. I like to fish, hunt, and camp. Also, realized today (3/5/10) i'm proud of the way my dad and mom raised me.

Day 7 - share your favorite recipe(s)

My quickest recipe is

Easy chicken Casserole

1 Rotiserie Chicken deboned
1 can of cream of chicken
1 small container of sour cream
1 pkg of ritz crackers (crushed in crumbs)
1 stick of butter

mix together chicken, soup, and sour cream. place in a casserole pan. sprinkle ritz crackers on top and melt butter and pour over the top. Bake 350* 30-35 min.

Kids love this recipe. Yummy quick and easy.
